UN Votes for International Ban on Recreational Use of HHC

During the 68th session of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) in Vienna, it was decided today to include hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) in Schedule II of the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances. This decision, approved by a qualified majority, means an international ban on the recreational and non-medical use of HHC.
