With every type of product we can send a free sample package, so you can test the product without opening the sealed product. Should you not be satisfied with the product, then you can return the sealed bag within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. Read here more about our Return policy.
Every shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event your shipment is lost, we will initiate the claim process within 48 hours and ensure a payout or arrange a replacement order within 5 business days. Read here more about our shipping policy.

FAQ Account
To register for an account at WeeDutch, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the My Account page: Go to https://www.weedutch.eu/my-account/.
- Click on the ‘Register’ section: On the bottum of the page, you’ll find a section dedicated to registration.
- Enter your details: Provide the required information such as your email address or register using your Google, LinkedIn or Facebook account.
- Submit the form: Once you’ve filled out the registration form, click the Register button.
- Confirmation email: You may receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process.
Once registered, you can log in to your account anytime to manage your details, orders, and more.
- Go to the My Account page: Visit https://www.weedutch.eu/my-account/.
- Enter your login credentials: In the login section, enter the email address and password you used to register.
- Click the ‘Log In’ button: Once your information is entered, click on Log In.
- Access your account: After logging in, you’ll be directed to your account dashboard where you can view your order history, manage your details, and access other features.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the My Account page: Visit https://www.weedutch.eu/my-account/.
- Click on ‘Lost your password?’: Below the login form, you’ll find a link that says “Lost your password?” Click it.
- Enter your registered email: Provide the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email: You’ll receive a password reset email. Follow the link in the email to create a new password (if you didn’t receive a email check your spam or junk folder).
- Log in with your new password: After resetting your password, use it to log in as usual.
