Guide to Paying Invoices via SEPA and SWIFT Transfers

For our valued clients, we provide two primary methods to settle your invoices: SEPA Transfers for clients within the EU and SWIFT Transfers for clients outside the EU. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use both methods:

 

 

For EU Clients: Paying via SEPA Transfer

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) simplifies bank transfers made in euros. Here’s how you can make a payment to us via SEPA:

  1. Access Your Online Banking: Log into your bank’s online platform or mobile application.

  2. Initiate a Euro Transfer: Look for an option that allows for Euro transfers or SEPA transfers.

  3. Enter Our Details:

    • Recipient: WeeDutch BV

    • IBAN: NL61 INGB 0006 4298 28

    • Enter Payment Amount and Reference: Please ensure that the invoice number is mentioned in the reference or description field to allow us to process your payment efficiently.

  4. Review and Confirm: Make sure all the details are correct, especially the IBAN, and then confirm your transfer.

Your bank will process the SEPA transfer, and it typically takes 1-2 business days for us to receive the payment.

 

 

For Non-EU Clients: Paying via SWIFT Transfer

For clients outside the EU or those not on the SEPA payment system, the SWIFT transfer method is recommended.

  1. Access Your Online Banking: Log into your bank’s online platform or mobile application.
  2. Initiate an International Transfer: Look for an option that allows for International or SWIFT transfers.
  3. Enter Our Details:

    • Recipient: WeeDutch BV

    • Address: Catharinastraat 24, 4811 XJ Breda, The Netherlands

    • IBAN: NL61 INGB 0006 4298 28

    • Bank: ING Bank N.V.

    • BIC/SWIFT: INGBNL2A

    • Enter Payment Amount and Reference: It’s crucial to mention the invoice number in the reference or description field so we can process your payment smoothly.

  4. Review and Confirm: Ensure all the details are accurate, especially the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code, and then confirm your transfer.

SWIFT transfers usually take 3-5 business days to process. Kindly note that some banks may charge a fee for SWIFT transfers.
